Vintage deriva del francese antico “vendenge”, significato attribuito ai vini d’annata e di pregio. Col tempo, questo termine è stato adottato dalla moda, dal design ecc, che hanno attribuito il concetto di vintage a tutti gli oggetti di altissima qualità che hanno almeno 20 di vita , trasformandoli in oggetti di culto. Ma non tutti quelli che oggi definiamo “vintage” per motivi cronologici meritano di avere uno spazio nella nostra memoria o nei nostri armadi. Bensi’, solo quelli che hanno segnato un cambiamento nella società, nel nostro stile di vita. Ed è proprio a quelle icone che contribuirono a rendere “Mitici” gli anni 60 che questo numero di The Cube vuole rendere omaggio.
Furono anni di cambiamento generazionale, eventi socio-politici e culturali hanno influenzato, modificato lo stile di vita, regalandoci splendide emozioni come Kouka Denis che divenne a sua insaputa la prima ambasciatrice della democrazia.
